Refund Policy

All WV FallFest ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person in accordance with the ticketing platform rules. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizer will communicate any available options consistent with applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.
